Communications Software

Both MCPConnect and MCPSUBSYS are communications software packages that allow providers to connect their computers, via telephone line and modem, to the MCP computer network to send and receive files. This software is required for all electronic claim submission software packages (including MCP’s TeleClaim) which are used to prepare claims and submit batch files to MCP.

Both MCPConnect and MCPSUBSYS incorporate password security and confirmation messages of file transfers. MCPConnect and MCPSUBSYS are provided free of charge.
