The Planning and Evalution Division coordinates Departmental activities related to a range of planning activities and supports monitoring/evaluation that contributes to improved policy and program development and cultivates a culture of quality. The Division coordinates Departmental planning and accountability measures through the development of strategic, operational and work plans, annual performance reports and performance contracts. The Division supports formal monitoring and reporting activities within the Department and by entities that report to the Minister.
