Public Health

The following Acts and Regulations are enforced by Environmental Health Officers in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Environmental Health Officers are also authorized to conduct inspections and investigations under the authority of the Communicable Disease Act with respect to enteric, zoonotic and arthropod related illnesses.
