1. Is the current number of institutional, integrated and community boards about right, or should the number be decreased?

2. Should community services and institutional boards be integrated across the province, in the same way as the current Labrador and Grenfell Boards?

3. Should boards continue to be appointed by government, or should the system change so that some or all members of regional boards are elected?

4. Bearing in mind that your tax dollars fund our health system, which of the options should Government pursue in addressing the financial pressure of the health system: raise taxes, borrow more money, reallocate money from other parts of government into the health system, or reallocate funds within the health system itself? Are there other options?

 

5. Should the principles of the Canada Health Act be changed to allow for alternate approaches to funding health care services, such as user fees, or private payment for medically necessary services?
