Basic Reporting Duties of Clinicians

The reporting of disease to the Communicable Disease Control Program is governed by the:

• Health and Community Services Act, S.N.L. 1995, c. P-37.1
• Communicable Disease, R.S.N.L. 1990, c. C-26
