The Payment Schedule which came into effect June 1, 2005, and its associated newsletter are available for download.  The Payment Schedule is a self-extracting WinZip® file containing a number of WordPerfect® and Microsoft Excel® documents.  After retrieving the file, simply double-click it and choose the location to which you wish to extract the files.  A default location is supplied.

To open or print the Newsletters and MCP forms available on this site, will require the use of Adobe® Acrobat Reader available from www.adobe.com.
